Disaster, mother word is French ‘Desastre’ meaning a bad or evil star, a sudden clarity which brings misfornune and miseries to humanity.

Disaster disrupt the normal pattern of life because these are often severe, sudden, unexpected and wide spread.

Human life is always vulnerable to disasters.

Our country is the most disasters prone as nearly half of the landmass is prone to earthquake and ¾ of the cultivated area is vulnerable to droughts. Some parts of India are prone to flood and cyclones.

Qasmi Education and Welfare Society has played a significant role in dealing with the situation of disaster.

It distributed food to the victims collected cloths and other needed materials from public and distributed among the victims in large number.
